Here’s the third in a series of interviews with inspiring women to celebrate International Women’s Month.
This week, the spotlight is on Delhi-based entrepreneur, wife, and mother. Ayako Tejima.
Ayako supports female entrepreneurs to create their brand strategy and visual system. In Episode 135 of the Sasuga! Podcast, we talked about
- The biggest mistake that many women entrepreneurs make with Instagram (and you may be doing the same in your corporate work)
- The benefit of multiple obstacles and changes of direction along your path
- How Ayako went from frustrated and stressed at the beginning of the pandemic to balanced and happy
Ayako’s advice about acceptance:
- If you aim for perfection before you start, you’ll never get going
- Accept that it’s difficult to strike a balance between children, home, and work
- Have your own uniqueness and keep improving yourself step by step
- Have time for yourself
- Communicate with people around you if you’re suffering and having difficulty
- When you’re going through difficulties, remember they’re your assets – instead of looking at the obstacle right in front of you, look further away and you’ll see that it’s all a continuous line moving forward
Ayako is a graduate of the Sasuga! VIP Women’s Coaching program, which has since been upgraded to Women’s Success Essentials (WiSE)
