Have you ever wondered why even though you may want to improve yourself it’s not so easy?

You may want to be…

more confident…

more organized…

more productive…

in better shape…

No matter what type of improvement you’re looking for, changing yourself by doing something new – something outside your comfort zone – is usually uncomfortable and often even a bit scary.

This isn’t just you.

It’s normal for human beings.

That’s because of the oldest part of our brain – the Reptilian Brain.

This developed around 500 million years ago.

Its focus is survival (times were tough in those days!).

Even though the world – the environment we live in – has changed dramatically since primitive times, the brain hasn’t changed so much.

So the Reptilian Brain still wants to keep you safe.

When you do something new, the Reptilian Brain can’t predict what’s going to happen.

It could be dangerous.

So your Reptilian Brain triggers that feeling of fear or hesitation in you.

The GREAT thing is that now that you know this, you can decide whether the situation really is dangerous.

And you can choose to feel the fear and do it anyway.

But there’s something that many people are unaware of that makes this much easier!

In Episode 140 of the Sasuga! Podcast, you’ll hear

  • What actually makes it easier to step out of your comfort zone AND actually keep going
  • The 5 human needs and how they impact the changes you want to make in your professional and personal life
  • A simple comparison where you may have been confused before

Enjoy!
