One of my fabulous female entrepreneur friends was having a very stressful time because she had too many new client requests and not enough team members to deal with them.
She was scrambling for a solution.
But how could she find reliable people to help with the workload at such short notice?
I said, “What if you said ‘No’ to the new requests until you’re able to handle them properly?”
“Wow!” she said. “I hadn’t thought of that. I could say I’m not accepting any new clients until June. That would solve everything!”
It’s interesting how powerful a different perspective can be.
