If you’re like many business professionals, even though you may no longer be commuting, you’re exhausted at the end of the day.

This may be because you’re working longer hours, forgetting to take breaks, or feeling increasing underlying stress from the ongoing uncertainty surrounding coronavirus and the impact on your business and personal life.

And there’s another factor that you may or may not have considered: Zoom fatigue.

This relatively new term already has over 127 million hits on Google!

Let’s not blame Zoom though. Zoom has brought tremendous benefits during the pandemic to keep businesses, families, and friends connected.

The term “Zoom fatigue” refers to the feeling of tiredness after spending hours on video calls (not just Zoom).

In Episode 83 of the Sasuga! Podcast, I give you seven specific strategies to ease Zoom fatigue. I also talk about

  • The reason why it’s difficult for the human brain to focus on an online meeting
  • The #1 Guiding Principle for Team Sasuga! (we’re all mothers or mothers to be)
  • The danger of the word “discuss” in your agenda items

Enjoy!
