Isn’t there something wonderful about new beginnings?

A sense that things are going to be better.

A feeling of pain and failure being left in the past.

But in the middle of a pandemic or any challenging time, it can be so easy to forget that you can declare a new beginning at any moment.

You don’t have to wait until COVID ends to have a fresh start.

Today is the first day of the rest of your life!

Sometimes, you choose new beginnings.

Other times, circumstances create new beginnings for you.

Even when you haven’t chosen the circumstances, you can still choose your attitude – are you going to complain and moan about it or are you going to do your best with what you have?

In Episode 88 of the Sasuga! Podcast, I talk about significant recent personal events that have led to new beginnings – as well as…

  • How to speed up your recovery and move on from painful, emotional situations
  • My empty nest experience and what I’m now looking forward to (and how this relates to you)
  • Seven strategies for a fresh start to lift your spirits

Enjoy!
