People often talk about work-life balance.

Some say it’s impossible to achieve.

One reason could be that, when you think about it, “work” and “life” are often about output – especially if you have family members or others in your life who you’re taking care of in some way.

So you can end up with an imbalance, not so much of “work” versus “life,” but an imbalance of your “input” versus your “output.”

In Episode 142 of the Sasuga! Podcast, you’ll hear

  • The risk of consuming lots of books, podcasts, and courses without doing anything with the information
  • How your brain is designed to forget what you learned
  • How to allow inspiration to come to you more easily

Enjoy!
