Have you been feeling stress more than usual recently?
It’s natural to feel more stress in times of uncertainty and when you can’t do things in the way that you’re used to or you want to because stress comes from a feeling of being out of control.
In the last few years, I’ve rarely lost my temper – thanks to lots of personal development work – but the other day I did have an uncharacteristic meltdown.
I wanted to tell you what happened because I discovered that it was actually a good thing in the end and you might find this helpful and reassuring if you’re feeling stressed.
In Episode 70 of the Sasuga! Podcast, you’ll hear:
- What happened when I had a recent meltdown
- How creating an Annoy List and a Joy List gave me clarity and relief
- The amazing impact this exercise had on my family and me (and how it can impact you too)
Enjoy!
