During my recent stay in hotel quarantine in Japan following a fabulous and much-needed month with family and friends in the UK, I could easily have focused on the negative aspects of the confinement, like the lack of fresh air, the dietary limitations, the constant monitoring of my whereabouts and health, and the threat of deportation if I violated the enforced pledge to the authorities.
But I chose to stay positive.
Being positive, I feel better and can continue to have a positive impact on others.
In Episode 158 of the Sasuga! Podcast, you’ll hear
- Why I rarely watch or read the news
- Specific examples of priority tasks for the day (not just work)
- My 4 daily practices to stay positive (and you can use these too)
Enjoy!
