Fortunately, as a Women’s Success Coach and being obsessed with personal and professional development, I’ve learned lots of mindset and behavioral techniques to stop me from spiraling into overwhelm or burnout.
That was the old me. I’m a different person now.
Over the years, I’ve discovered that one of the simplest ways to give myself a little boost is to remind myself of one of my favorite phrases.
When I’m about to have an “aaaaaaargh” moment, I repeat the phrase in my head.
