Did you take some time off for Obon last week?

I went glamping with my family, which led to this week’s topic.

Have you ever done a digital detox – taken a break from digital devices, such as smartphones, computers, or the TV?

How did it go?

If you’ve never done one or given up early, read on.

I’m all about making things easier – less effort, more impact.

Some coaches encourage you to set “stretch goals” and “take massive action.”

But that’s the last thing that most of my clients need.

They’re already overdoers.

Working hard and doing difficult things is normal for them.

Then, later in their career, the problems appear – health issues, rocky relationships, misjudgments at work.

I’m talking from experience. Been there. Done that.

Probably the hardest thing you can ask of a high achiever is to do less. Switch off. Take time to recharge and refresh.

In Episode 188 of the Sasuga! Podcast, you’ll hear

  • The benefits of a digital detox
  • How to make a digital detox easier for you
  • What it means to shift from FOMO to JOMO

Enjoy!
