Do you often feel like there are never enough hours in the day?
Recently, I saw a friend’s Facebook post that said, “I need 30 hours a day.”
The comments showed that others felt the same, and I could totally relate too.
In the past, I constantly felt like I didn’t have enough time – and I’m quite sure even 60 hours a day wouldn’t have been enough for me!
Letting go of the time pressure I put on myself has been one of the biggest and most beneficial changes in my personal and professional development.
In Episode 137 of the Sasuga! Podcast, you’ll hear
- How I cut a conversation with my coach short because I was so stressed about not having enough time – and then collapsed with mental exhaustion
- The health risks you’re exposing yourself to when you constantly put yourself under time pressure
- The keys to changing your thinking, prioritizing, and planning, so that you become quite happy with 24 hours each day
Enjoy!
