A fun February fact for you…

Did you know that Feb 13 has become Galentine’s Day?

It’s a playful spin on Valentine’s—celebrating friendships between women (gals)—started in 2010 by the TV show Parks and Recreation

And now there’s even Palentine’s (for friends) and Malentine’s (for the chaps).

In the spirit of Galentine’s, I thought it would be great to highlight a handful of thoughtful conversations I’ve had with women over the years on the Sasuga! Podcast—conversations that still feel relevant, grounding, and encouraging today.

🎧 Five Sasuga! Podcast conversations worth revisiting this February

Stop Pushing Your Way to Success
A conversation with Lisa Carpenter
A powerful reminder for high-achieving women: loving what you do matters — but loving yourself more matters even more.

BTW, the photo is from when I met up with Lisa after many years in Vancouver last month! 💕

You may like to get started with just one (I’d love to know which you choose!).
